Life Coaching:
Over the years of running Alpine Dragons, I’ve met many people, and one recurring theme has stood out: for some participants, the journey is about far more than learning to climb or mastering alpine skills. They come seeking something deeper, though they often don’t have the words for it. It reveals itself slowly, in quiet conversations while walking through the mountains, or in thoughtful chats during long drives.
For many, life feels repetitive: each day much like the last. They wake up, go to work, use their education or sometimes not, and yet, somewhere beneath the surface, there’s a quiet longing. A sense of something missing. Unanswered questions. A subtle, unsatisfied part of their life.
People speak of belonging or not belonging, of feeling detached from themselves, as if living behind a mask. Strikingly, many of these individuals are, by society’s standards, successful: respected, well-paid, accomplished. Yet inside, they feel unfulfilled and yearn for something real.
If this is of interest to you please take contact to arrange a face to face chat. In the past sessions start online and have moved to 1:1 mentoring in Norway.
