A twelve-month, individually tailored alpine development programme combining practical training, ongoing mentorship and independent mountain experience.

The Academy welcomes participants with different levels of experience; from relative beginners to established mountaineers seeking further development.

Everyone follows an individual development plan, while benefiting from shared training, discussion and the experiences of other participants.

The ultimate objectives are to develop competent, independent and thoughtful alpinists.
